Hi! According to my observations (I have three kids), a lot of students have problems with math starting in 4th grade, because at that point math gets really hard. When my third child started having such problems I did not hesitate and we decided to go to 4th grade math for help and in the end we did not make a wrong choice as there was quick help and my daughter got a much better understanding of math.
